New Customer Engagement Business Model Used In Strategic Management Initiative
ST. CHARLES, IL—April 16, 2021 – HGC High-Growth Consulting LLC, a market leader in the area of Strategic Management, announced the signing of an agreement with Cat-I Glass Manufacturing, South Elgin, IL, to implement a Strategic Management Initiative throughout the entire company, to include aiding in the selection of a new ERP system.
Cat-i Glass Manufacturing is a dominant supplier of precision-machined glass products through emphasis on quality and custom designed CNC machinery. Cat-I maintains its quality with a registered and certified ISO 9001 accreditation, and serves over 40 different product markets around the world with its flat-glass fabrication expertise.
“We are excited to work with HGC again in a broader perspective,” said VP of Operations, Phil Jaynes, “as Travis, Logan, and I worked with Greg Weismantel in 2018 in an HGC Executive Program presented by our CPA firm, DHJJ.” Travis Jaynes is the VP of Materials and Logan Jaynes is the Chief Design Engineer.
Headed up by HGC, the strategic initiative begins with the selection of a new ERP system that supports manufacturing, and will interface with the current shop floor application which was developed through the years by Cat-I Glass. Vendors being evaluated include SAP, Oracle NetSuite, Epicor, Global Shop Solutions, Infor, and several others. Following selection by the Cat-I ERP team, the system will be implemented in the 2021-2022 fiscal years.
The organization will be analyzed for areas of transformation in sales, marketing, and customer service linked with the current supply chain. “This will link with moves toward utilizing a high-growth strategic management approach to managing overall operations,” said Greg Weismantel, CEO of HGC.
