The Institute of Leadership Management is the foundation by which leaders master competencies by taking determined Journeys, with Pathways of curated courses.

There are 3 distinct Journeys within the Institute:

1. The Leader’s Journey
2. The Department Leader’s Journey
3. The Executive Leader’s Journey.

Each Journey has 6 Pathways, each having 5 video courses in each pathway.
